So much has been going on in our halls lately as we are ramping up to the last day of school! Our art classes are participating in art workshops inspired by children's book author and artist Hervé Tullet.
The benefits for children in creating such a collaborative artwork include increased communication skills as well as perspective-taking (i.e., How can we incorporate our own ideas in a way that respects those of our classmates too? Why is this important?)
Check out the energetic results lining the hallways the next time you're in the building. We love it when our Lyndon artists create playfully and joyfully!
